A deposit is required to hold your spot.
Terms: There will be two deer per hunter and for every three hunters there will be a nice racked buck.
If there are 30 hunters there will be 60 total deer. Ten of those 60 deer will be racked bucks. So if there are 30 hunters there will be 50 does and 10 bucks.
The average Buck taken is valued at approximately $2,000 with some occasionally valued at $3500 or more. YOU could be among the lucky hunters to harvest over $2000 worth of bucks and does for the cost of your Jamboree hunt. We guarantee you will have a blast while shooting lots of arrows and filling your freezer this winter.
Rules: After a hunter takes a combination of either one buck and one doe or two doe they must leave the woods until after lunch. Lunch is served from 11:00-1:00 on Jamboree days. After lunch and upon word from the office, hunters that harvested their deer may return to the woods to hunt additional wounded deer to help fill unsuccessful hunters tags. Our goal is to have every hunter go home with two deer.
Hunters can only take ONE Buck to make it fair for the other hunters

Due to a large amount of requests, on a trial basis, we will now allow observers on Jamboree hunts. Due to the additional amount of guests, we will need to reduce the amount of hunters that we can accept for the event. Observer fees for Jamboree hunts must be submitted in full within the same parameters as deposits as they take the place of a paying hunter. Jamboree observer fees will be $100.00, which covers lodging, breakfast, lunch and grounds fee.
Bring your own tree climbers or blinds, coolers and lots of arrows.

NOTE: If for any reason there is a shortage of mature Doe for the Jamborre, The Wilderness reserves the right to substitue Bucks in place of the Doe of equal value to be fair to our hunters.
